    You are charging 4000 for a standard room. Is that amount so less that you are giving a room which full of smell amd dirt everywhere. Bathroom was just yuck. One can adjust in small room but dirty room is not at all acceptable

    I had stayed for two days. Booking online mode Lunch ordered. Sent to room. Then after till next day after calling twice came to clear last day plates and glasses. My friend booked balcony rooms. Balconies very dirty. Chips wrapping. Tables have left over food particles. Ok Reception. No professional behaviour. If someone is standing there. They don't even bother to ask guest to please sit. They just keep on gossiping between themselves
