    We had a wonderful stay! The experience was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our time there

    The room wasn't clean nor the bathroom. There was cockroaches. I just wanted to leave the place. Apart from the location and the staffs nothing is good about the place.

    Check In was at 12 PM. We came at 12.30 then also we were told to wait till 1.30. The staff service at reception was pathetic.

    Rooms are very small as per the price. Breakfast buffet is limited (you are in south India and they don't provide dosa or vada in breakfast buffet which was really disappointing). Counter staff seemed new, untrained and confused at the time of check in. In house dining menu is limited and again costly as per the quality of food
