    Near to the private beach, nice pool, food was ok, but with limited items, it's one of the prime location, and staff were very friendly, receptionist gave 3hrs extension since my flight was in the evening..

    I had booked 2 rooms ,10days before the travel and both the rooms were confirmed. And just the night before our travel,I had received an email stating cancellation of one of our rooms. When asked about the cancellation they asked me to call back after 9am. So I booked another deluxe room against the cancelled suite room for a price higher than the first booking. They hadn’t cancelled 1 room, so if I would’ve cancelled the other room on my behalf I would lose the money , therefore I was forced to book another room with them. After reaching the hotel I had asked the receptionist and they said that they had no clue about it and told me they would reach back which they didn’t. The main issue was that they had sent an email instead of calling one day before the travel. The reliability of the hotel is very poor.

    Hi, this is one of the worst stay i had.first of all this resort is not recommended for family more over children policy is not fair.only 0-2 years are considered as kids and more than that they are considered into adults.since this is attached to casino there is lot of bachelor are staying in this resort.completly boosed and smoking inside the resort corridors.doesnt feel safe for family stay
