Eltheo Villas

We had a wonderful stay at Eltheo Villas in Agios Nikitas and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We stayed in the two-bedroom duplex apartment as a party of three. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room for us, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. Although we only stayed for three nights, we could easily have stayed much longer! A special mention to Elena, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. She kindly lent us a sun umbrella for the beach and showed us where the pathway was to walk into town, which was really useful. The location was perfect for exploring some beautiful beaches. We visited Milos, Kathisma and Kavalikefta, all of which were absolutely stunning. The sunsets from the property and the surrounding area were also amazing and made our stay feel extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Eltheo Villas and would definitely visit again. A lovely place, a great location and wonderful hospitality from Elena. Highly recommended!

Very spacious apartment and a huge pool with a fabulous view. So good we stayed at the property all afternoon after arriving. Liked that there is a short cut down to Ag. Nikita so we could walk easily down to the village for dinner.

Tiny suggestions: one large A/c in living room and none in bedroom meant we ran big one higher than would have liked to be sustainably minded. Plugs for bath and sink seemed to be missing.

Very clean, spacious apartment and terrace. Nice view of the sunset. We could check in a bit earlier. Parking provided.

The apartment itself was very spartan, and the facilities around the pool were clean but used (very worn Lounge furniture). Some personal touches and love was lacking. It’s okay to have a shower in the bathtub, but you would expect to hang the shower head - no mounted hook provided. Opening the cabinets of the kitchen (as aforementioned besides being very clean), there was a strong smell of moisture.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and well-equipped apartment. It has a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the pool, the sea, and the sunsets — truly breathtaking! Everything was spotless — the apartment, the complex, and the pool were all very well maintained. There was a dedicated parking space, which made things even more convenient. The whole place is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beauty. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!
