The room was gud but the staff were very very rude.... We checked in 9 hrs late so we expected our check out to extend atleast by an hr since we hd our flight at 4pm but the person at the front desk the hefty one literally only talked about charging more didn't even listen to us the aftr we came back to the hotel by 1 to checkout we were just keeping few things in our bag a person to collect our staff was sent immediately we were like we just came give us few mins .. but tat person stood outside our room and kept on asking shal i take the luggage continuosly we felt very disgusted it was they were throwing u out of there hotel tat was a very very bad behaviour I wil never come to such a place ever again..... Please teach ur staff basic manners we won't hijack ur hotel room even we wanted to leave esp. On 25th night so much menace created by a group of ppl celebrating birthday from the time we checked in until 3:30 am running around in the corridor shouting screaming it's was very bad we also cald the front desk and complained but no action was taken.... My 4yr old son totally didn't sleep due to the sound atleast the staff shud hv given us another room or given that group another floor we hd done our booking a month ago. Worst behaviour ever please dnt repeat this with any other customer.
