    I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The first room we were given had a strong mold/seepage smell, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. We therefore requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room also had multiple issues — the locker was not working and neither was the refrigerator. For the price and standard expected from the hotel, I found the overall upkeep and maintenance quite poor. The experience was frustrating, especially since even after requesting a room change, the basic facilities in the replacement room were not functioning properly. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness, room maintenance, and quality checks before assigning rooms to guests.
