    The hotel was not accommodating for our request on adjoining room(since we had elderly couple) and joined/big bed.. we already put up the above request while booking and also on the check in day but they mentioned that I should have done it directly with them vs via Agoda ‘agent’

    Great location for railway station. Good staff. Suggestion to improve - toiletries, making a bit more baby and toddler friendly (not a complaint as such but would greatly add value for customer with toddlers)

    One of the cleanest and friendly hotels at a budget price. There is always a fresh lemony fragrance everywhere in the hotel. Staff are friendly and the complimentary breakfast has a variety of op.
