    Rooms were a mess. We literally had to go down to reception to demand for the room to be cleaned after returning at night to find that housekeeping had not attended to the room at all. To access wi-fi service you need a local line -which is ridiculous for travellers from outside India. When we arrived there were no amenities-we had to request for the usual coffee/tea to be sent up to us. We would receive a call at 8 in the morning for breakfast that arrived 2 hours later -which honestly was not appetizing at all. Mattress old and lumpy -there was even an old torn mattress kept right outside our room door (corridor) the entire time we were there. Even checking in was a hassle :-room was booked through Agoda which claimed full payment to be made at the hotel. After booking we kept getting emails to ask for a deposit or we would lose the room. Which we paid. Upon arrival we were asked to pay the full price -and had to verify that 25% was already paid. Overall the value for money here cant be seen at all. We had only two nights here(thank goodness) and we will not be coming back for sure.

    The Hotel is rundown completely, its in a terrible conditions and not advisable to book here . There is no housekeeping, bathrooms are dirty and no hygiene maintained . The towels are dirty . Rooms have a peculiar stinch and damp smell . There is no kitchen or dining Facility. The food is outsourced from an EXTERNAL Kitchen. There are a lot of better properties in Khar .
