    We chose the Avion Holiday Resort for our vacation based on Agoda.com's recommendation, and the hotel was excellent; the rooms were very good, the food was delicious, and the staff were very polite. We had a wonderful trip.

    Very biased when it comes to customer service. When we reached the hotel at 11 am, and enquired about early checkin, I was asked to wait until 12 pm. A couple of multiples later a foreigner came asking for a room as he had a reservation, he was asked to wait for 5 minutes. I mean what kind of racism is this, with the people of your own country? When we checked in, the AC was making too much of noise and the fan was not functioning at its proper capacity. So I asked if we could change the room, I was asked to wait until 1 pm. Again, when a fellow family, asked if they could change the room, they were asked to wait for sometime and they will be informed once the rooms are ready. I didn’t like the attitude of that fair woman at the reception. She needs to fix her bloody attitude. If you are in the service industry, you should learn a thing or two about providing good customer service to customers. Everything from Dental kits to shower caps were to be asked. If you are charging 4k for a 3 star property, at least provide the basic necessities that a guest would need. Right from getting there AC cleaned, to asking for basic amenities, to getting the sticky floor cleaned, was to be told to the staff. The pool needs to be fixed, there were 18-20 broken tiles, which I removed from the pool, otherwise it would lead to a cut in somebody’s foot. The stay could have been better, but was compromised because of such terrible service.
