    Promised duplex suite was not assigned with a reason of lift not working in the wing. Air conditioning was not working. Bathroom had a clogged basin and upon complaining it was not resolved. In room food delivery app declined orders twice leaving us wondering and waiting for the food without even being informed. Breakfast buffet was absolute mess with a very limited option and staff being completely unhospitable and unwelcoming. Inspite of charging a premium price the service offered is horrible, In one word bad place to stay with children.

    The linen provided was very very old also bath doors not ok from inside. Rest all was ok regarding food and stay.
