    The hotel is located near Mumbai central which is convenient but quite congested. The food is quite expensive and so is the stay.

    The hotel has central cooling and modern features, but the windows are completely sealed and do not open. I ended up needing to stay for 01 night due to the poor ventilation as it posed a health risk for me. When checking out, the room boy mistakenly thought I had consumed an energy drink, but the front manager immediately stepped in to clear it up. The front manager was incredibly sweet and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. When I explained that I was leaving because of the lack of fresh air, he kindly told me that if they had known it was an emergency health risk, they would have done everything possible to accommodate me. While the administrative check-in was a bit disorganized (they pre-filled my nationality as Indian but still needed my passport), the Front manager's Mr. De'souza wonderful and understanding attitude and the entire concierge team made a huge difference. over the staff can communicate in basic English the staff .Which is a add on in Indian hotels.
