    My stay at Ramee Guestline Hotel Dadar was overall okay, but it did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's pricing and reputation. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Although the hotel offers a buffet, many of the items were bland, chewy, and lacked freshness. The variety looked promising, but the quality simply wasn't there, making the breakfast feel underwhelming for a hotel in this price range. Another issue was the condition of our room. There was a leak in both the room ceiling and the bathroom ceiling. While this may have been a one-off incident, it appeared that the staff was already aware of the problem because there was a damp cloth tucked into the ceiling, seemingly to absorb or prevent the leak. That suggested the issue had existed before our stay and had not been properly repaired. For a premium-priced hotel, this was quite disappointing. Finally, the pricing for an additional guest felt excessive. We booked the room for three people, and the extra person charge was so high that it felt comparable to booking a separate room at another hotel. On top of that, the room itself wasn't spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults, making the surcharge even harder to justify. Overall, the staff was courteous and the stay was acceptable, but the poor breakfast quality, unresolved maintenance issues, and expensive extra guest charges made the experience feel poor value for the money. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the hotel has the potential to provide a much better experience.

    The location and staff were fantastic. Also the breakfast was amazing. I unfortunately had an issue with my room as there was a rat in the ceiling which kept causing noise all night and the hotel staff had to change my room so that they do pest control. Other than that I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

    No proper service and communication. Bathroom very uncomfortable and dangerous for elderly and senior citizens and can cause serious injuries.
