    I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hampshire Hotel, particularly with their room-dining service. I ordered Uttapam for breakfast, and the food quality was simply unacceptable. The sambar was tasteless and had a visible layer of oil floating on top. It was honestly one of the worst breakfasts I have had at a hotel. Since I could barely eat it, I decided to order food from outside through an online delivery app. What shocked me even more was what happened next. I called room dining and requested a simple plate and spoon, only to be told that plates and cutlery are chargeable for outside food. I have stayed at many hotels, and I have never come across a hotel charging its guests just to provide a plate and spoon. When I questioned this, I was informed that outside food is apparently not allowed. However, there was no clear signage or communication of this policy that I noticed during my stay. If outside food is prohibited, this should be communicated transparently to guests beforehand—not brought up only when someone asks for basic cutlery. I would not recommend this hotel for two clear reasons: first, the extremely poor quality of the room-dining food; and second, the unreasonable approach of charging guests for basic plates and cutlery when they order food from outside. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor service standards and a management approach that seriously needs reconsideration.

    Staff member of the buffet menu was extremely rude. And the service was bad and the house keeping department was also rude and when we requested for a plate .. they asked us for 100rs per plate . Kindly train ur staff to be more courteous and polite Front desk staff *** also should improve to handle thinks like booking..To edit occupancy member from app to edit option was available while check in property..she didn't even know how to get it done..very sad and unauthenticated work
