    We had booked 6 standard rooms , and unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. Here is our room-wise experience: Room 311 Room size was good. AC was working properly. The room had a side pool view, which was still quite good. However, there was **no fan in the room**. Room 312 Room size was good. AC was working properly. Side pool view, which was still good. The sliding window was not working. We informed the hotel staff, but unfortunately, they did not provide any proper assistance or resolve the issue. Room 313 Room size was good. AC was working properly. Had a direct pool-side view, which was very good. Room 314 Room size was relatively small. AC was very good, and it appeared to be a newer/latest unit. Had a direct pool view, which was excellent. Rooms 315 & 316 Room size was small. Both rooms had a direct pool view, which was good. However, the AC was extremely disappointing. It was barely cooling the room and seemed to be working only for namesake. We complained multiple times throughout our stay. Every time, a hotel executive came to the room and told us that the issue had been fixed. However, the AC continued to perform poorly every day during our entire stay. Instead of actually resolving the problem or offering a room change, we were repeatedly given excuses. Breakfast Buffet was very good multiple options all of our family members really liked it

    The hotel charged us extra for our child even though we had already paid the full amount through Agoda. We were effectively charged twice for the same stay. When we questioned the additional charge, the reception staff treated us very poorly and were not cooperative at all. The way the issue was handled was extremely disappointing. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend this hotel.
