    The hotel did not offer breakfast.The hot water line under repair.Bucket water was offered.It appeared the hotel in under distrss.occpancy was very low.The charges against these was high.why?

    Agoda accepted and confirmed the booking for a day stay. When I arrived at Hotel on 14 Jan nite , I was refused on boarding. I was told that the hotel did not accept any on-line bookings at all and questioned me a lot. I showed Agoda documents and acknowledgement. Reason being that they do not have hot water facilities After checking with their Agoda contact, after an hour wait, they offered me a sub standard room. It took me time & patience to convince the hotel manager. There was no breakfast and that only 2-3 walk in guests at that time. I stayed only for 5 hours and left the hotel thereafter disappointed. Please check with your representatives as what happened to my booking. Thank you

    1. It was a booking with breakfast no breakfast was ready up to 8.40 am. Had to go out for breakfast and coffee 2. Television as a toy..no channels connected..only YouTube 3. No running hot water or geiser. They brought a bucket of hot water on request 3. Nosiy..may not be the fault of hotel but the guests who checked in at 12 midnight were yelling shouting and making noise that disturbed the sleep 4. Mosquito music non stop couldn't sleep 5. This is the expensive property when compared to other better priced and better serviced properties in that vicinity On the whole waste of money
