    Very pleasant stay. Hotel provided both an early check-in and late check-out, that helped us a lot. Very good breakfast spread.

    The staff was very friendly and Amishi helped us at the front desk. They were very forthcoming with our requests and provided us with extra bedsheets and heater for our child. Also being christmas eve we received a stocking of cookies and a letter. The staff helped us with our booking and at the time of checkout we enjoyed santa on a motorcycle. Christmas decorations were on par. Being a business hotel we were pleasantly surprised how well equipped they were to handle families.

    It was worst experience right from entry to exit. The front desk reception are highly unprofessional. As I entered they ask for the booking details to us. Later my amount was blocked and next day without my consent my excess amount was debited by my transaction ID. I had a complete package of Room with Dinner and Breakfast but they had done the harassment by asking amount for Dinner by Restaurant and also by Reception . The quality of food at dinner was worst and many items where kept as a repeated for the Breakfast with change of names. There is no life guard at the Swimming pool nor a Gym assistant so be aware of this. At night AC in the rooms don’t work. Lot of mess so be aware before dropping to so called 4 star Hotel.
