    The room was okay, but the bed wasn’t the comfiest, but the pillows were straight up bad. My other issues with the hotel was: 1) The restaurant wasn’t working, so we had to go out to the snow, and ice (it was a really bad weather) and find some place to eat for dinner, and the closest was around 15 mins on foot. I would’ve been happier if they would’ve notify us beforehand… I might have picked another hotel instead. I was angry. 2) The spa… there was a hot tub (jakuzzi), but only half of it worked, I tried to make it work properly but no use. And it had a strange smell as well. There were 3 saunas, and one stream cabin, which were okay, but the infra sauna was really smelly. 3) massage… we were planning to have a massage as well, and I have contacted the hotel 2 day before, to book 2 sessions. They said, there is no appointment available, due to high traffic they have… but when we were there we saw that there are no people in the hotel, it was really empty. We spent some time in the spa, where are the massage rooms are located also, there were not one person going in or out from the rooms… so at this point I question their honesty. And when we went to have breakfast, they literally said there are very few people in the hotel, so we have to tell what we would like to eat and they make it. So there was really no traffic. The breakfast was fine but nothing more. (There was no real beacon, only cubed one, which we all know is not same 😄) So for the price it wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t good, I personally wouldn’t stay here again.
