    just a 10 minute walk from 100E express bus at Kalvin Ter. Near Metro and trams. Quiet location, safe. Very small rooms, but fine for 1 person. Exceptionally clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

    Easy location for elderly group for taxi stop in front of main entrance. Short walking distance to Raday Street (Food alley) & sightseeing too. We all enjoyed this breakfast with quality & quantity. Friendly & helpful services from receptionists & waiters + Luggages storage is available after checkout. Only shortfall is memory foam pillow they provided. Overall our group is very satisfied with this experience.

    From reception, politeness, to room cleanliness and cozyness, to facility such as water dispenser, and strategic location near Kalvin Ter metro, satisfied and even exceed my expectations. Will certainly return.

    This was a great find: the location is superb just 5 mins walk towards the centre from the express airport bus stop at Kálvin tér where there are metros and trams, a very short walk up to the law school/uni area and 15min walk across to Géllert baths. As well as extremely clean, comfy rooms there is a basement zen/sauna area and 1st floor relaxing lounge and an honesty bar. Great choice of food for breakfast, although it did get crowded so better to eat earlier or later. Be aware there are no overnight staff on site at all - we had a false fire alarm at 10:15pm; fire brigade came promptly on automatic call out but no hotel staff were there to assist with evacuation, someone coming only as the fire officers gave the all clear. There's a number to call in an emergency. The exit routes were very clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Budapest.
