4 nights did cost over 400 eur that is more or less acceptable for a room for two. I was there with my son of 17 y o. I paid SPECIAL ATTENTION and did write the note ti the hotel to make sure there are TWO SEPARATE BEDS. My son travelled from another city so he already was there by the time I arrived. "There is only one bed" - he told me when I arrived. "Yes" the reception says to me, but they are detachable, you can do easily do it... Well, they send a technician, he moved all in the places as it should be but the room itself (read and calculate alll yourselves) is (the website confirms it) 16 m2 (!!!). The pictures look OK but it is not so.... We eventually had to get another room for two nights... What else ? No shower spot, just bath tub, just know it... Metro station is three minutes away, 4 -5 stations to downtown, good shopping mall is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, taxi prices are more than acceptable... Breakfast is VERY GOOD (my opinion). Lots of everything.... Really.... Site had no info (at least I did not see it) about dinner availability, that actaually IS available. We found out this fact and thought we could eat paying for the meal...Reception guys sent us to the restaurant floor where we mtt the dinner host guy. NO he said, you can not have meal here.... We were from armwrestling team accommodated in this hotel. NO he said, doesn't matter, you failed to pay beforehand, go ahead and order from the bar... I am following my boss orders, I am currently the boss here and I am not letting you in regardless of the fact you are National Team members, either you pay or not... So... 1- RECEPTION PEOPLE - LOTS OF THANKS, GREAT TO HAVE SUCH BOYS AND GIRLS IN ANY HOTEL !!! All shifts, through our stay !!! 2- Rooms - check size, confirm availability of one as per your request, get written confirmation... 3 - Guy in dinner hall - self-satisfied, not client oriented. not fit for this position. Ugly communication.

The hotel located just next to the Papp Laszlo Sportarena, where we attended a concert. Location is perfect, and everything in the hotel was just great.

air-conditioning was not working properly. maybe because europe doesn't do air-con at the end of september? but with daytime temps exceeding 23deg, it would have been nice.
very limited choice of food, exc. during breakfast which was fantastic.
housekeeping does not clean/wash cups used for coffee/tea!
no extra coffee or tea bags are given daily.
only 1 bottle of water per room per stay!
pillows are not fluffed up during housekeeping!
