    Stay 2 nights here, room was clean, bed was ok, quiet, cold even with 2 sided full glass facade with curtains. Located around 500m away from Mong Kok MTR station, McD, convenient store, F&Bs are all nearby.

    Hard to believe a 4 star hotel has tv with these icons on the tv remote yet they are disabled Also have to go to second floor to get water and the mini fridge is not a fridge but some useless ambient cabinet

    We stayed in room 619 this week during our trip for 2 nights. These nights were horrible. The aircon gives out alot of moisture like a humidifier, so much so that the floor tiles were wet, mirror had condensation. The room flood tiles were so wet that our feet feel wet when we step on the floor. We had to use towels and floor rugs to clean. The pillows had weird smell and it could be dud to the moisture. We had to off the aircon so that the floor wont be wet and we wont be breathing in the moisture. When we called the reception for mire floor rugs, was told that due to high occupancy, the hotel ran out of towels snd rugs. Next is the design of the bathroom, the water flows out of the bathroom into the aisle way after shower because there was no step-up in the bathroom. We checked out immediately by the 3rd day and will not recommend anyone to stay in room 619.
