    Actually we enjoyed this hotel than other hotels we stayed earlier. The location was great and the style was little bit old but it gave us the old Hong Kong vibe and actually we had great stay here

    Not 5 star for sure. Perhaps 4 max. Staff not attentive. And we have to queue for 30min in line for check in without any service by staff. Shortage of staffs. And no clean service when i was back to hotel around 4pm. Gym is very old and malfunctioned. I have no idea why Shangri La tarnish their reputation providing below par service.
