We had an amazing stay at Lotus. The bus to Chania is cheap, and only a 5 second walk from the hotel, with the beach being a short walk away too.
The staff are kind, friendly and very accommodating. Information was provided about local boat trips, which you can book at the hotel, as well as the airport transfer. They even picked up it was my birthday due to cleaners spotting a card at the apartment and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine!
The apartments were cleaned daily, and it was great to have the cooking facilities, as well as having the bar open during the day.
The hotel itself is tranquil and beautiful, with lots of sunshine around the pool (although hard to find a sun lounger if you are not out by 8:30am, so something to bear in mind!)
We will definitely be revisiting, thank you lotus!
