    Near Omonia metro station but a very basic place to stay

    I was wary from reading mixed reviews - it might be in a 'sketchier' part of town but i never felt any anxiety about trouble wandering around in the evening - granted i wasn't staggering around very late. it is in an easy to access part of the city, one metro stop change from the Airport line, and multiple city busses go through the area, as well as the BIG BUS hop on-hop off bus. staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean . Firm but comfortable mattress- as mentioned by others it could do with a spruce up, but then that cost would have to be added fantastically low price. I will definitely be staying here again on this trip. If you need a large marble clad bathroom and views of Acropolis this isn't for you, if you seek value for money and would rather have extra beer money then i highly recommend giving it a go. (I'm a 62yo male travelling solo).

    It is a one star hotel with very basic amenities . The breakfast is also very basic and outsourced. There is no food menu or room service provision. Location is though good very close to metro and other landmarks.
