My friend and I had an amazing stay at Civitel Creta Beach Hotel! The location is perfect—right by the beach and just a short drive from Heraklion, making it easy to explore or relax as you wish.
Comfortable rooms and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun and sea. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent—great variety, fresh ingredients, and something for every taste.
But what truly made our stay special was the staff—every single person we met was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. They genuinely made us feel welcome and at home.
Considering the quality of service, food, and setting, the value for money is unbeatable—11/10! We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

It was a very short stay for us so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or other amenities. But they do seem to have very nice pool and tennis court! Rooms were very big so good for families visiting the area.
