    +ve: Great air-conditioning in room and lobby Clean and safe underground car park with direct access to hotel room floor Spacious room with pantry, enough for a small table and chair to enjoy the nice balcony view. Nice breakfast. A small supermarket (Monoprix) just next door. -ve: No lunch or dinner No drop-off area for cars at the entrance

    Staff: I greatly appreciate the staff for their warm welcome and professionalism. A special thanks to Madam Claire, who generously allowed me extra time beyond my 12:00 PM checkout so I could step out briefly. Her kindness truly made a difference, and I am sincerely grateful. Location: The hotel’s location was excellent, with tram and bus stations just a few steps away. The city center was conveniently close, approximately a 34-minute walk. Cleanliness: My room was clean and offered a great view—I could see the bridge from my window. However, I did notice an unpleasant odor, similar to urine. I would recommend checking the source of this smell to ensure a better experience for future guests. Overall: I would gladly choose to stay at this hotel again.

    Good clean room. Great kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Good access to tram system. Useful Monoprix supermarket around the corner. Free underground parking. Staff helpful and obliging.
