Not so pleasant.
The location offers a very nice view over the lake. it is quiet and a lot of green around. One of the bike paths brings you directly to the property. The apartment is quite large, big enough for a family with two big kids. Cleanliness was ok.
The bed in one room, was broken. Was not fixed during our stay. This was very very annoying. Also note that the bed sheets and towels are extra paid. I didn't notice this small comment when making the reservation and we came in the evening and found no towels and bed sheets, which was again very annoying for the first evening. Overall atmosphere of the apartment is that is old (from 80/90's) not refurbished. The apartment was at 3rd floor, so take in consideration, regular climbing on the stairs. Also NO WIFI is available.

The mist beautiful view of Molveno lake
The view was exceptional, the apartment very clean and with lots if space.
I didn't mind the 3rd floor myself, but I was with my two 80 years old parents, so for them was a difficult climb. Location is a bit far from the center, but there is a free bus service that makes up for it.

Very friendly host, met us at the apartment, very clean, and very nice location with a good view of the town
The house is old, the ground floor obviously only rents out a few weeks per year and is quite smelly from mildew and under-usage.
