    Cons: The check-in process was terrible and took almost an hour, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel never sent the access codes for the parking, the building, or the room before arrival. We arrived late at night and had to wait in a long queue to use the only self-service support kiosk because calls to the support number are charged. The support agent was also highly unprofessional and read all of our access codes out loud, allowing everyone in the queue to hear them. This showed a complete disregard for guests’ privacy and security. We were also charged an additional tourist tax upon arrival, despite the booking stating that all taxes were already included. The room had several issues: the ventilation was filthy, one bed had a poorly fitted sheet that we had to remake ourselves, only one towel was provided per person, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. This accommodation doesn’t cost paid money at all. Pros: * Free parking, provided you manage to obtain the access code or someone lets you in. * Air conditioning.
