    The hotel is situated in city center, near train station. Just outside the hotel there is a bus stop, and metro gaite station. The hotel is also near supermarkets, cafe, all that you could possibly need. The staff are accommodating and super helpful, they talk to you with a smile. The room is clean, cozy, with separate shower room and toilet. They have a nespresso machine and provided water for our stay.

    Convenient-the hotel is close to everything. Bus station just in front of it, few walks to metro station, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The room is nice. The toilet is separate from shower area. The room has nespresso, and they give water daily. You can place your luggage at the reception storage if you went in early before check-in time so you can roam around the city while waiting. The staff were all nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

    Thank you so much for Voco team for making our first visit to Paris, the location is so good the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. By metro to is close to the main attractions. They kept our luggage for 2 days as we went to Disneyland and then we came to check in again everything was super easy and also they provided late check out for us, would recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Paris.

    The staff was professional and the location is good as it’s just in front of the metro and near restaurants and grocery store. However, the air conditioner did not work. We were given electric fans but we’ve woken up multiple times due to sweating from heat. This defeated the purpose of why we booked a hotel in the first place - a good night rest. In the morning, we’re already sweating just right after taking a bath. We were only offered a change in room in our last day, we decline because we thought it’s big hassle to pack, unpack, and pack again the following morning to check out. I did mention that they should consider giving discount or compensation but the male receptionist I talked to mentioned that it’s not up to him. So nothing was given. Overall, the hotel is ok but be aware that if there will be issues such as the one I’ve experienced, it may not be resolved in a timely manner.
