Gorgeous views, the pool was fantastic, and the staff was super helpful. Must stay if you’re in Munnar.
Special mention to driver-Mount, he took me to great fountains even on my way back to the airport

Good View. Some staffs were good. Breakfast was good.
No valet parking. When I booked through booking.com, immediately they send a message to pay advance amount for reserving the room. After I paid the advance payment, they mistakenly debited once again payment before checkin day. At the time of checkout, they made additional payment for washing the bed sheet. First time in life, I had this bad experience. Really poor. Otherwise good.
