Pros
Spa Services: The paid massage treatment was the highlight of the stay.
Cons
Poor Room Condition & AC: Stained carpets, dirty walls, broken furniture, and non-functional air conditioning that left the room hot despite complaints to staff.
Nickel-and-Dime Fees: Extra charge of €5 for a bathrobe in a 4-star spa hotel, plus absurd charges like 10 cents per ice cube at the full-board restaurant.
Lack of Basic Amenities: No iron in the room (only one shared iron available for the entire hotel, requiring trips to reception) and no pool towels provided.
Unreliable Check-in: Rooms were not ready until 15:00, despite the clearly stated 14:00 check-in time (a recurring issue across multiple stays).
We were deeply disappointed with our recent stay. The hotel decor is outdated and worn out, but worse is the lack of basic maintenance: dirty carpets, marked walls, broken furniture, and air conditioning that did not work at all. We complained to reception, and while they promised to look into it, nothing was resolved and the room remained uncomfortably hot.
This hotel operates far below 4-star standards. Aside from a good massage, the overall experience was uncomfortable and overpriced.
