    Accommodation location is nice and room is good but main problem is there is not appliances for guest like fridge kettle or microwave. No option to have coffee or tea in evening. Only during breakfast you can take which is very expensive

    My recent stay at this hotel fell significantly short of expectations. While the check-in process was efficient and quick, several aspects of the experience were disappointing. Firstly, the bracelet provided was of poor quality and caused discomfort throughout my stay due to persistent itching. The room itself was smaller than anticipated and lacked appealing decor. To add to the inconvenience, we discovered beach sand upon entering, which indicated inadequate cleaning. An essential item, a drying rack, was missing from the room, which was quite inconvenient. By the third night, we experienced a complete lack of water, which was unacceptable. Additionally, attempts to reach the reception via the room phone were futile as it continuously rang without being answered. The hotel was overly crowded, predominantly with British guests. Unfortunately, many of them were loud and disrespectful, often playing music and shouting in the hallways and on balconies at all hours, particularly around 4 AM. This significantly disrupted our ability to rest. On a positive note, the pool animations were enjoyable. However, the prices for drinks were higher than expected. In conclusion, the hotel did not meet my expectations due to several issues, including poor room conditions, inadequate amenities, and disruptive fellow guests. I would not recommend it based on this experience.
