    So we never got to stay in this hotel, my husband had a TIA, and potentially another, a few weeks ago. We tried to change the dates of our stay to when he hopefully will be better and allowed to drive..we were refused this request. Then we asked for a refund, again refused. Unimpressed with your custom service, have no intention of ever staying here
