    Hotel was well located; great access to public transit; easy walking to many activities and experience in the city; however, my room had no outside window: it was permanently dark while I was there to celebrate a happy occasion. It was a very small room and I paid same pricing as someone who had a window and more room. Sister in law stayed at this hotel; not only did she have a window , actually a balcony, she also received a bottle of wine on her arrival. I had no bottle nor did I get my room cleaned for almost three days. Received an apology but still not rectified until near the end of the third day when I could a housekeeping person to let them know the room was empty.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent stay. I booked a superior room for three people for two nights, with an additional night for two people. Upon check-in, I requested to stay in the same room for the extra night and was told that the request would be considered. However, I received no communication regarding the status of my request. On the morning of the extra night, my son inquired about the room, and we were initially told we could stay for an additional 60 euros, which we agreed to pay. Moments later, we were informed that we had to move rooms and pack our belongings within two minutes, as we were leaving for a tour. We had to leave our luggage in the storeroom. The receptionist stated that checkout was at 11:00 am. The lack of prior notice and the inconsiderate customer service were unacceptable. Had we not inquired that morning, we would have been completely unaware of the situation. This experience was highly inconvenient and frustrating.
