    Construction work going on at the time of stay, most nights until almost sunrise, made an other wise great stay poor. Not sure in the future if the construction will effect view much, but you don't get much closer. Roof top bar is nice, but it is a dry hotel, there are others nearby where you can get a beer. Breakfast could be better catered for international tastes, don't expect to find bacon. And coffee was meh. Omelette station and buffett of local vegetable things on offer. Room was great otherwise. Would recommend for costs and value. But check when the construction finishes, as the building happens at night and will effect all nearby hotels the same. As in most areas in Giza camel pooh smell and the honks of tuk tuks. It is the nature of the area.

    This hotel is just located 20m from the South gate of pyramids, so you can visit the site early in the morning. The facilities were beyond expectations as everything seems quite new. But be noted that the front door is very small that I missed it twice. The quadra room does have an inner window but no view to the outside, which is different from the picture.

    booked multiple nights at this hotel and was told that airport pickup would be provided. I even reconfirmed the airport transfer with the hotel two days before my arrival. However, when I arrived in Cairo at 2:00 AM, nobody came to pick me up. When I contacted the hotel, I was simply told that there was no airport transfer available. What disappointed me most was that there was no apology from the hotel for the inconvenience. Arriving in a foreign country in the middle of the night and being left without the transportation that had been confirmed was extremely frustrating and stressful. I understand that mistakes can happen, but a sincere apology and better communication would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations for customer service and left me very disappointed.
