    We had the most unpleasant experience. We booked a quadraple room. The room was very very small. That we didn’t mind. What we did mind was that the shower door is clear and has no cover. The one showering can be clearly seen by those at the sofa. That wasn’t the bad part though. Upon check-in, the room wasn’t cleaned. yes, the bed was made up but we can clearly see that the floor wasn’t swept, they were even dirt on the beds. The headboards was so dusty. Our allergies were triggered. We ask for the room to be cleaned only to be told that it was way past the cleaning service time so we had to wait the following day. The beds had bugs on it, I even got to catch 2 of it. We had red marks on our legs from its bites. Human interaction with the staff is limited. We don’t mind this if only the service is good. One time, I asked for the room not to be made up anymore but just to replace towels and collect trash. By the time we got back to the room, we realized that they did not pick up the trash. The bin was so small so we had to find a way to throw the trash ourselves because there wasn’t anyone we can communicate to do it for us. The only positive thing i can say about this hotel is the location which was conveniently near the tram.

    The location of the place is good very central. Just that I wouldn’t call it a hotel it’s inside of a shophouse / office building. The bed is super uncomfortable, it’s like made of sponge. The rooms are super small cannot even open a luggage. PS The price of the rooms fluctuates like mad. I booked for around 100+ euro per night. The price can drop to 50-60 euro per night closer to check in date. Buyer beware. This is a motel at best not a hotel.
