    We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and convenient this hotel is. We had a triple room as we were traveling as a family, and the size of the room is decent for our family. Apart from the small wash basin area, we appreciate the separate toilet & shower area so we can prepare concurrently.

    - close to central station and metro - self check in - easy to follow the instructions - we reached Munich around 4.30am, and we managed to check in early by paying additional €20 - the room is very clean and comfortable

    Hello, I checked in today at 5:00 PM for my second stay, from 2/8 to 3/8, in Room 210. Unfortunately, I cannot stay in this room. There is an extremely strong, unpleasant smell that is unbearable, the window is broken, and the air conditioning is not working. The room is not in an acceptable condition and does not meet the basic standards I expected.
