    Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Breakfast selection was also good. Only room for improvement was the continuous clogging in the shower area.

    This hotel met all my expectations. Clean, quiet, and well-staffed. I had a really good time and felt completely relaxed.

    I checked into the hotel for a (9) day stay. Upon check in the front desk clerk put me in a room over looking the courtyard garage can. I complained as my booking said “city view” so they found another room on the first floor over looking the back park area with trams running outside the window every 15-30 minutes 24/7. The room was “ok” but the MATTRESS was an old spring model that was TERRIBLE and the springs were mashed down and slanted towards the TV. So EVERYONE the last 30 years must have sat on the mattress all day watching TV and then went to bed. Also the mattress was VERY hard and I kept turning all night trying to get some sleep as the trams passed out side the window all night. On a positive note the hotel had a “decent” breakfast “not great” and the water pressure in the shower was very good with lots of hot water after a long day of sightseeing in Prague. The location was good close to all the attractions. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the 30 year old hard spring mattress!!…Pay more and get a better hotel that had recently been renovated!!!
