Wir haben die Junior-Suite Nr. 44 für drei Nächte gebucht. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Leider war das Bett nicht sehr bequem. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und hatte nur einen starren Lattenrost mit einer Holzplatte obendrauf - alles andere als angenehm und für einen guten Schlaf! Auch wurde uns ein gratis Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr angeboten, aber schlussendlich war es dann doch nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wird bis 11:00 Uhr angeboten.

When I realized I’d left these essential items in my old luggage—which I’d mistakenly discarded four days earlier—I felt completely overwhelmed, especially while traveling far from home in Prague. Your quick action, care, and dedication to tracking down the luggage and returning my belongings have meant more to me than I can express. It’s a relief I can hardly put into words, and I’ll always be grateful for how you went above and beyond to assist me. I also want to thank all the hotel staff for making my five-day stay in Prague so wonderful.
