Hotel Arooma

If your wanting just a room to sleep on then this is the hotel for you, no staff when we arrive, keycards left in a box with the code actually wrote on the box for anyone to open, get up to the room no air conditioning the room was roasting, opened the window and oh my days the noise, I get that Germany were playing there first match In the World Cup but the cars up and down the road speeding down it beeping there horns all night long, if you want a drink of anything forget it no where was open after 10pm, there was 2 of us in a room and we were provided with 1 small bottle of fizzy water between us which took us around half an hour to open due to the lid just spinning around. I can’t stand fizzy water so I was left without any drink all night. The room was that hot during the night even with the window open I couldn’t sleep, I paid for a family room with a queen bed, the room I received just about fit me and my husband in let alone a family and as for the bed it was 2 single beds pushed together so no not a queen bed, the pillow was that thin it was non existent. Oh my the church bells at 6am were a nightmare good job I wasn’t asleep because it startled me being awake just imagine what it would have done if I was sleep. No internet connection on the tv so couldn’t even watch tv at hole I was awake all night, Breakfast was a joke what sort of place doesn’t even do toast!!!! I’m not a massive breakfast person but I just wanted a coffee and a piece of toast all I ended up with was a coffee. My husband and go eats anything might I add even didn’t eat anything, the bacon was burnt that bad you couldn’t even make out what it was at first. The sheer lack of a basic items you know like a bottle of fizzy water and a bottle of still water 🤷‍♀️. I will be returning to erding as it’s a beautiful place and therme is amazing I just won’t be staying at this hotel ever again; I wouldn’t even call it a hotel

Very friendly staff, clean room, good location, generous and diverse breakfast options, and good value for money. A minor complaint is the noise from the planes flying overhead, but it's tolerable and quiet at night for sleeping..

Unfortunately, we got the worst room in the hotel. 2nd floor, right next to the elevator, very tiny and green shag carpet. We saw a larger room that looked better but they were full. Great breakfast and parking. Good location.

A super nice location, surrounded by great food and a shopping area, all within walking distance. The super-friendly receptionist recommended a nice restaurant nearby; the dinner was really great, and the beer was nice. This booking came with daily breakfast - a good spread and another super friendly host at the breakfast place.
