Just 5 min from the centre. Clean business rooms. No personalty, minimal breakfast selection. Take the bus to the greatest sauna in the world!

3 major problems:
Most of the time there was only one person at the reception, including morning, is created looking wait.
The parking gate system is malfunctioning, for 3 days I had to go back up to front desk from parking to get a new ticket to open the gate
My keycard would not swipe the elevator, two evenings I had to go back and forth 3 times to finally have the staff swipe me up

New hotel but WiFi didn’t work properly in room. Had to stand by the room door otherwise WiFi would drop out.
Asked help at reception for maintenance to see if they could booster the signal but they did nothing.
Couldn’t get my firestick working on the tv as I couldn’t work out how to change the source on this new tv. Again ask reception if they or maintenance could help me and was told it’s not possible. Spoke to my work colleague staying in same hotel and he had finally worked out how to change the source himself. So it was possible but reception and maintenance weren’t interested in helping, even though we were staying there for a week.
Not the service I’m looking for as a constant work traveller. I will look elsewhere before booking there again unless the hotel management can assure me these problems have been corrected.
