I checked in and left after 2 minutes, this place is awful, if it's possible to leave a negative rating I would! hotel said it's fine, and they will give me a full refund, but agoda's customer's service is awful, I tried to cancel but couldn't get a hold of a refund agent

The room was ok. The washroom kind of smelled. The hallways were carpet, dirty and smelled. There was mouldy food left in the freezer part of the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The location was really good for walking to the market and tourist area. I would not stay here again.
