We stayed for 2 nights in Berlin. The location was good, many good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and staff was friendly. I'd definitely recommend:)

Pros:
The room was clean, the staff were kind, and there is an elevator. Housekeeping was done every day.
Cons:
The room was extremely cold. We had to sleep in thermal clothing and asked for an extra heater, but were told it was not allowed for safety reasons. Unfortunately, the central heating did not work properly. The bathroom was especially freezing, with no heating at all. The blankets were too small and uncomfortable.
We only used the hotel for sleeping, so we thought an XS room would be fine, but it was very small — there was no space to open luggage. At night, we could clearly hear noise from the room above and the neighboring room, which disturbed our sleep. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room.

Family room was very comfortable for a long stay. Hotel is clean, extremely well located, and staff are friendly and helpful. Few points to consider: 1). Smart TV in the room is not smart! Does not connect to any streaming services/bluetooth so only good for the local German channels. 2). Room really should have a set of basic cups, glasses, spoons and electric tea kettle (that is present in most hotels these days). Inconvenient for long stay. 3). Bathroom door had no lock, or rather the lock had been removed and a gaping hole in its place. Even if its a family room, that is still very odd, especially since the door also swung open easily unless slammed hard. Seems like a maintainence issue that can be resolved. 4). The outer room had very dingy lighting - one extremely low watt bulb only. This is an easy fix - please do it!
