Ringhotel Gasthof Hasen

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We were in town for our son's wedding. My wife noticed she seemed to be getting bitten every night by something. Then one night before going to bed, we decided to look under the mattress and found one live and one dead bed bug. I put them into a zip lock bag and showed it to the restaurant manager because the front desk was already closed. He was very helpful and moved us to a different room. The next morning I presented the bag with the bugs. They said they would check into it. Upon checking out, I asked about the inconvenience we experienced and was told that they had an "expert" look at the bugs and was told they weren't bed bugs. The bites all over my wife's body would beg to differ. They ended up comping our breakfasts. Better than nothing I guess. Both the rooms we were in, the floors were dirty, leaving our feet dirty just from walking around. The breakfast cost 15 Euros, per person, per day, and was just so-so. We started eating elsewhere and got much better food for the same money. There was also one desk clerk(man with goatee, name not known)that was incredibly rude and should probably not be in the hospitality industry.
