    Very well located for Messe Munich with rental scooters at the side of the hotel and subway access just a short walk away - and just 1 stop to Messe. Staff at hotel were fantastic! Rooms are a little basic with no air conditioning and you have to request iron, ironing board, kettle etc (no tea making facilities in the room) but all are available on request so no difficulty to get these if needed. The drains in the bathroom do tend to have a bit of a bad smell, but that is the only real downside of staying here. Thankfully we were in late and out early for the conference so we were able to ignore it for the most part. But perhaps something the hotel owners could look at for the future if possible for them :-) But a great stay with great staff at great value for money - THANK YOU! x

    I stayed here to attend an exhibition at Messe. It’s a bit far from the station and not very convenient for those traveling on foot. But everything was super great

    The hotel is located on the outskirts of Munich, good fit when you travel by car and want to be near the highway. Clean and decent room/bathroom. You can go downtown by metro which is -5 min walk. On the minus side: it is in the middle of nowhere, so obviously you are traveling by car. Hotel charges for parking. Why, if travellers by car are your only customers? We had a very small dog, allowed. We were charged 25 EUR for it (of course price is never displayed when reserving). Almost all hotels in Germany charge 10 EUR for dog. Why, again, you are trying to skin and overcharge so much the few customers who might be motivated to stay in the middle of faraway suburb and cornfield? Why there is no offer of coffee or similar in the room/lobby?
