    Brilliant hotel! Great location, right near the train station. The rooms are nice. Lovely breakfast, great shower, comfortable bed , a fridge (which is pretty hard to get in any hotel) & they even brought me a kettle when I asked, & very promptly. They clean the rooms every day if you ask (you have to ask). All in all a great hotel, which I will happily return to, the next time I am in Hannover!

    Lots of shops, supermarkets and malls around hotel. Fridge in room. Breakfast too few selection unlike the other branch we stayed in. Complimentary infused water at lobby-refreshing. However the glasses always run out and could not drink after returning from a hot day of walking. Hope they can replenish the glasses more often esp during peak hours. Fresh fruits available at lobby. Staff are friendly and smiley. Toilet bowl faulty- water kept running after flushing. Had to press twice for water to stop flowing. No toothbrush and toothpaste, bring your own. Room is hot. Air conditioning did not seem to work well. Bed is narrow and quite firm. No English TV Channels.
