    The hotel had a great charm and we loved the high ceilings and great breakfast.

    Firstly the location is perfect. But after that the Hotel let us down. I can only list our items and some maybe small but all added upto a great disappointment. Ok. Wifi was very poor. TV in room not working on arrival. Only one plug in bathroom for sink or bath. Sofa and chairs needed a cushion or two. Breakfast room was very cold where you needed to ware a thick jacket. Breakfast itself was poor. Staff walked past table.many times and had to be asked to clear plates. Bathrobe had a tennis ball size hole in it. Reception staff were cold and even when I said goodbye on leaving the 2 persons there didn't reply or acknowledge this simple gesture. So once room was checked they just looked away. A few other issues which I.wont go on about but for a 5 Star Hotel.this was sadly very.lackung
