Location is close to NECC. I booked this hotel for an exhibition. It is close to other shopping malls. The room can be better. The carpet is old and has musty smell. The room is not very sound-proof. We can hear the sound of neighbor closing the door at night from the bed. The gym is very good with a vierty of equipments to use.

near the airport. good for overnight stay for our late night flight.

When I check in the staff not allow us in one room together with 4 adults and 1 child, as I booked is suite room and the price is 2 times higher than the standart room, I told him to change to 2 standard room but he ask me to cancel with agoda, and agoda policy is already can not cancel, except the property accept it. Finally he allow me if I add 300rmb. Done. Another case is in the last night electricity in my room off, no light, no AC, and phone also can not be used, from 1 am until 5 am, we are sleep uncomfortable, finally I went to outside to call reception to inform this case and they handle it, after few second light and ac active. And some one come to my room to see it. After that I complain Hennessey wah, with wechat, he doesn't reply back, I suggest to choose another hotel if you dont want to accept disappointed.
