The hotel was fantastic ! A five star hotel with such a reasonable price tag. I booked king room deluxe with city view, the space was so big, a separate huge living area, there was additional space to sit and eat on a small table behind the curtain beside the large window which were floor to top. The room deco and bed were so good. Shower accessories provided exceptional quality. They even provided free supper every night at the counter. When we stayed for 3 nights it was congee, didn't eat as it wasn't halal. Counter staff could understand basic English also, a 7 eleven within 6 min walk and a metro line within 10 min. Gym was super big ! Would go back again easily.

I recently stayed at Grand Metropark Hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. The front desk staff and bellboys were always willing to help—they went above and beyond to assist with directions, recommendations, and any requests I had. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth made my stay seamless and comfortable.

I had only one night in this hotel. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. She threw my passport several times because couldn’t find the booking. Eventually we found my order and no apologies… there were no any warnings about the amount of the deposit. They accept only cash and that’s a problem for transit travellers.
