    1. Management of room and booking was terrible - was told the room type i booked and paid for was unavailable, left with a smaller and cheaper room. 2. Check in staff had no clue that i had paid for executive lounge access and daily breakfast buffet. 3. Hotel guests are mainly citizens who take loads of food and don’t finish what they take, with loads of leftovers thrown away. 4. Don’t waste time paying for executive lounge, the food here is only chinese, low quality and limited quantity because the local guests take ALOT 5. Breakfast buffet is mainly chinese dishes, almost no international food. 6. The worst marriott hotel i stayed at ever. 7. Room was not clean, found food wrappers left behind by previous guests, the sheets were also not changed.

    Probably because this is JW Marriott, I would expect 1) the service to be better, 2) the room is in better condition. First, for service, the check in is slow and it took me 20 minutes to settle. Also, at the cafe, it took almost 30 minute for some pasta to arrive. And, another 15 minutes for us to chase a meat disk which is not available. The staff should have told us earlier. For the room, the condition is not as top notch as other JW hotel, e.g some power socket are loose.

    We did not get to walk to the Fitness area. Signage is not that clear, and we were initially assigned to a room beside the smoke vent which we could smell cigarette smell when we entered the room and they eventually change our room. Cleaner is friendly. No pool bar, will try autograph hotel next time seems to be more suitable for couple.
