    Room was not ready for check in at 2pm. Despite arriving early around 9am to ask my luggage storage service prior to check in. Was noted told there was delay in check in time. Wait for almost more 30mins to 1 hour. Location is good walking distance to Metro. However there is only stairs downwards and upwards escalator at exit 1. Staff service was good. Easy access to meituan locker

    The hotel's location was amazing, only a few minutes walk from MRT and Xintiandi, one of the most famous tourist spots. My room was clean and all staff there were incredible. I would definitely book this hotel again and again for my next trip in Shanghai. 😊🫶✨️❤️

    Location: less than 300 meters from Line 2 exit 6, 15 minutes walk to People's Square Station. Room: big with complete ameneties and small ref Staff: Great Bfast: Great Con: there's an ongoing construction adjacent to the hotel so there's noise and dust. Construction works start very early as early as 6 am and up to 10pm

    Great location and the rooms are spacious if a little old. As others have noted carpet is a bit funky! Was on the 13th Floor overlooking construction sight next door but there was minimal noise and the view was not bad. That being said its good value-for-money and you can walk everywhere as well as nearby subway stations.
