The hotel is about 15 mins walk away from the subway station and also Raffles City. Didn't use the subway much as hired cars are readily available. Staff are very nice, helpful and can provide advice to their best knowledge. Rooms are clean. Had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, with top-notch staff that were friendly and helpful. The location was about a 15 mins walk from the subway, but the walk there was alright given the temperature and that the floor was well paved.

When we checked in, we had to pay extra for a room with an elevator which was kind of ridiculous. It was written a smoke free room but the whole lobby and the room smelled nothing but cigarette smell. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room because it was badly maintained. The toilet was mouldy and yellow, and the flooring was dirty. However, I really liked that they had a laundry room equipped with a dryer and an ironing table. Location wise was okay. It takes about 10 mins to the metro station and there’s a mall nearby. I wouldn’t recommend families who have members on a wheelchair or have trouble walking because it is not friendly for them, considering the amount of steps you would have to take to reach the lobby. Also, you might have to translate what the staffs are saying because they do not speak English at all.

Before arrival, I was inquiring which subway exit that was closest to the hotel but received no answer. Arrived at the hotel just to find no one at the reception speaks English at all. They were trying with translation on the phone which was helpful but not impressive. Room was acceptable, nothing fancy. About 10-15 mins walk to train station. Recommend only if you speaks mandarin.
